Office hours

• The visa section is open: on Monday to Thursday in the morning from 08:30 to 10:00. For Dutch nationals the consular section is open from Monday to Thusday from 8:00 to 12:30 and from 13:30 to 15:30. On Fridays open from 8:30 - 13:00. Outside these opening hours it is possible to make an appointment for urgent consular matters (excluding visa issues).
• All other sections are open from Monday to Thursday from 07:45 am to 04:15 pm and Fridays from 07:45 am to 01:45 pm (appointment required).
• The Embassy is closed on Dutch and Kenyan public holidays
